Return & Replacement Policy

At Saaramuni Marketings, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Replacement Window

You have 7 calendar days to request a replacement from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note: We do not offer returns; only replacements are available for eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are applicable under the following circumstances:

• The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The item received is significantly different from its description on our website.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or replaced, including:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery.
• Certain religious items due to hygiene and spiritual sanctity (as explicitly marked on the product page).

4. How to Initiate a Request

Please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 9345265750 within 48 hours of receiving your order to report damages, or within 7 days for general returns. Please include your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the item unboxing.

5. Shipping Costs for Replacement

If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. For other eligible replacement reasons, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item to us.

Please note: The flat ₹100 shipping surcharge applicable for deliveries outside Tamil Nadu is non-refundable and will be re-applied on replacement shipments sent to an address outside Tamil Nadu.

6. No Refund Policy

Saaramuni Marketings follows a strict No Refund policy. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund. We only provide replacements for damaged or incorrect items as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
